Catherine leads the Family Office and Labuan Trust Team, specializes in advising high-networth families in Asia on sustainable family wealth planning, family business succession, trust management and family & corporate governance. She is a qualified Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP) with STEP Worldwide. She is a licensed Labuan Trust Officer and HRD Corp Accredited Trainer.

Ms Chai has over 20 years of hands-on experience in tax compliance, and a wide range of experience in tax advisory, and financial management, serving both corporate clients and individual taxpayers. Her extensive expertise spans corporate and personal tax compliance, tax audits, tax incentives, indirect taxes such as service tax, and comprehensive tax advisory services. In addition to tax, she is well-versed in payroll management and accounting practices and is able to offer clients a holistic view of financial operations and compliance. Ms Chai is the Tax Director of Confiance Tax.

Donna has more than 40 years of professional company secretarial experience having served a variety of public and private companies, both locally and foreign owned, involved in diverse industries. In her capacity as company secretary of numerous public listed companies she was involved in corporate exercises undertaken by these companies including initial public offerings, bonus issues, rights issues, private placements, ESOS and group restructurings. Donna provides both inhouse and external trainings on company secretarial matters and areas related to the listing requirements of Bursa Malaysia relevant to public and private companies. Donna is a HRD Corp Accredited Trainer.

Gavin is a financial professional with over 12 years of experience in financial analysis, business process optimization and audit. He has implemented various transformational initiatives, comprehensive finance project management (M&A due diligence, financial feasibility studies, projections etc.). With deep curiosity about business processes and a drive to enhance operational efficiencies, Gavin is adept at structuring operations for long term success. As a Director at Confiance Accounting, Gavin provides CFO-level leadership and specializes in outsourced accounting services, leveraging his strategic
insights to address complex financial challenges.

Mahendran has 28 years of experience in Human Resources, with a strong focus on HR operations, payroll, and business process outsourcing (BPO). He has led the payroll BPO division where his team supported over 450 HR and payroll clients with managed services. He introduced robotic process automation (RPA) into the BPO environment and led the localization of a regional payroll engine to meet Malaysian regulatory and statutory requirements.

Steven began his career in the Labuan International Business and Financial Centre (IBFC) and has held the position of Principal officer and Licensed Trust Officer at a reputable Trust Company that had provided him with a strong foundation in Corporate Secretarial, Accounting and Corporate Governance practices. Over the years, he worked closely with a wide spectrum of clients including Public Listed Companies (PLCs) and Multinational Corporations (MNCs), supporting cross-border structuring and strategic compliance efforts within Labuan and International jurisdictions. Steven is a Licensed Trust Officer under Labuan FSA and serves as the Licensed Labuan Trust Officer and Resident Director for Confiance Trust Co Ltd.

Vivian has over 30 years of experience in corporate governance, company secretarial practice, and regulatory compliance. She began her career in corporate secretarial services where she developed a strong foundation in corporate administration and statutory regulatory compliance requirements. She leads a dynamic secretarial team that manages the corporate compliance and governance needs of approximately 400 companies across diverse industries. Vivian serves as the Managing Director of Liang & Liang Sdn Bhd, based in Johor Bahru.
