David is an accomplished executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in corporate services and professional advisory across Asia. He most recently served as Chief Executive Officer of Tricor Singapore / Vistra and ASEAN Regional Managing Director, overseeing operations in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Vietnam, and Brunei. In these roles, he strengthened the firm’s position as the region’s leading provider of corporate secretarial, accounting, payroll, fund administration, and share registration services.
Earlier, David was the Singapore and ASEAN Partner for Corporate Services at EY, where he led growth and advisory initiatives across multiple markets. Prior to that, he was instrumental in establishing the Corporate Services practice at PwC Singapore.
Throughout his career, David has advised global corporations and regional enterprises on business establishment, market entry strategies, regulatory compliance, and cross-border structuring. He is widely recognised for his ability to build sustainable businesses, lead highperforming teams, and deliver strategic counsel to boards and senior leadership.

Jessica is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and a Chartered Accountant (CA) with over 35 years of professional experience in accounting, finance, payroll and business advisory. Before joining CapAce, she served as Head of Finance Practice, South East Asia at Tricor Singapore / Vistra.
Her areas of expertise include financial and management reporting, group consolidation, budgeting and forecasting, business analysis, accounting system implementation, treasury and cash flow management, GST compliance, payroll, and corporate administration.
Jessica began her career with PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore (PwC) before embarking on a long tenure with Tricor Singapore Pte Ltd (now Vistra), where she led cross-border projects for multinational clients. She is recognised for her hands-on leadership, deep technical expertise, and proven ability to design and manage scalable, finance and payroll operations that support sustainable growth.

Catherine is an experienced chartered secretary with over 25 years of experience in the corporate secretarial industry. She has offered her expertise to a diverse range of entities including private companies, charities, private equity, family offices, public listed companies, REITs, and offshore entities.
Her industries exposure ranges from manufacturing, retail, pharmaceutical, shipping and marine, oil and gas, insurance, investment holding, fully licensed banking institutions. Her expertise encompasses corporate secretarial due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, company restructuring, striking off, setting up branch offices, and handling visa and employment pass applications.
She also advises on compliance matters related to the Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Limited, the Singapore Companies Act, the Code of Corporate Governance, and other relevant regulations. Catherine began her career in Malaysia before moving to Singapore in 2007, where she joined Tricor Singapore Pte Ltd. During her tenure, she left to join the Singapore Stock Exchange Limited, later returning to Tricor in 2013, which has since been rebranded as Vistra. Before joining CapAce, she served as Co-Head of the Corporate Secretarial Practice at Tricor/Vistra.
She is a Fellow of the Chartered Secretaries Institute of Singapore (CSIS) and the Chartered Governance Institute (CGI) and is a Practising Chartered Secretary.
Tuan Leng is an Accredited Tax Advisor (Income tax) with more than 25 years of experience.
Before joining CapAce, she served as Tax Senior Manager at Tricor Singapore, where she co-led a team of tax professionals providing corporate tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of multinational and local clients across industries such as fund management, family offices, shipping, technology, trading, management consultancy, and not-for-profit organisations. In addition, she has worked with United Women Singapore, supporting the organisation in governance, finance, and operational matters.
Tuan Leng started her tax career in PricewaterhouseCoopers Singapore (PwC). During her 20-year career in PwC, she developed skills and experience in a broad range of areas including tax technical research and training, leadership and softskills training, finance and operations management, and was also actively involved in managing corporate social responsibility projects.
Tuan Leng was a Senior Adjunct Lecturer in Advance Taxation in the National University of Singapore Business School from 2019 to 2020. She is also a recognised trainer under the SkillsFuture Singapore’s Adult Education qualifications requirements, having attained the WSQ Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA).
She is proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.
